如需审查，请提供下列信息：

1.Allemployees'timerecords,overtimerecords,pieceraterecords.

全体雇员工作时间记录.加班记录.薪金记录.记帐.银行转帐记录。

2.Allemployees'laborcontracts。

所有雇员的劳动合同。

3.Allemployees'personalfilesfactoryentryregistrations，photocopiesofidentitycards,applicationsforleave，applicationsofemployeeshavingresignedandeirwagepaymentrecords。

所有员工的个人档案.工厂登记表格.身分证副本.请假.离职申请表格，薪金支付记录。

4.Productionequipmentlist，recordsforinspectionandmaintenanceofspecialequipment，annualinspectionrecordsandusepermitsforalltypesofspecialequipment(suchasannualelevatorandboilersafetyinspectionrecords)permitsforemployeesengagedintheuseofspecialequipment(suchasforkliftoperators’licenses，electrician’slicenses)

对生产设备清单和特种设备验收.检修记录，各类特种设备年检记录或使用许可证(例如电梯.锅炉安全年检).各类特种设备员工上岗证(如叉车驾照.电工证)

5.Facilityregulations,rulesandrecordsofbonus,penaltiesforallemployees。
